I began to paint flowers during the first lockdown in 2020 as symbols of hope and a distraction from the news. As time progressed, I used the horizons and vases as devices to provide a contextual space to reflect on events that were happening at the time.
This painting is complete with a 2cm soft charcoal, matt finish frame, ready to unpack and hang straight onto your wall. Hand-finished with a matt wax finish.
As with all works of art, do not hang in direct sunlight.
